Contact Center Resources improves the effectiveness of contact center operations. Michele Borboa, Managing Consultant, will be teaching a 3-day course offered jointly by The Call Center School (where Michele is a certified instructor) and the Resource Center for Customer Service Professionals called Optimizing Workforce Management.
